Individually I like all the pieces of the outfit especially the skirt and shoes, they just dont go with the blouse, but I certainly dont think she looks bad

I think Leighton has good legs, but I can see Katya's point. The skirt emphasizes both how short Leighton is as well her bow-leggedness. (Of course, L's pose doesn't help her either in deflecting either of those problems.) I like the skirt, but Leighton doesn't make it look flattering.

I'm still pro-bang, but Leighton did cut them too short.
