i swear to god she needs to fire her makeup artist. i don't know if it's her features being difficult or if the makeup artist is just inept, but she always looks darling on gossip girl and then the second she steps out to an event something goes wrong, usually to do with her eyes.

She should wore her hair up like that at the premiere with the Versace gown, and in the style she had at the premiere with this red dress.

I like it. Still don't care for the cape (which looks dated: very like the early 1980s romantic period in fashion), but the dress is cute and she wears it well.
