I agree. Gossip Girl has definitely had an influence on her fashion outside of work, which bothers to me an extent cos she dressed so differently before the show. I guess it could be viewed as a good thing, and it kind of is since you know, she is dressing better. But it appears as if she is completely channeling Blair's wardrobe. We want to see Leighton outside of the show, not Blair x2!

Something about her seems so much different in pictures than when I've seen her on Gossip Girl I have no idea what it is, I can't put my finger on it!

Blair is very stiff, rigid even. All her facial expressions and her body language is very controlled most of the time. Real life Leighton is, well.. real life.

I saw one of the House episodes she did in 2006 yesterday. It was so funny and strange seeing her with the long bleached blond hair, acing all coy and flirty teenage girl - the total opposite of Blair Waldrof.

Yeah I agree Blondes, we rarely see Blair crack a real smile whereas Leighton seems like a very fun and care-free girl. I think she and her character are polar opposites.

I like her latest red carpet look more than her other recent looks but I'm not crazy about it, I love the skirt on her though. I just feel this look is similar, only not as fresh and fun, to what she wore to visit the cast of Rent last year:

I think Leighton has developed better style since the show but Blake....is very hit and miss. Sometimes she over does it in one label and looks about 40...

I think both girls have a long way to go style-wise outside of the show, Leighton dos get it right more often than Blake though. I just remember Blake and the black Chanel dress and bad hair recently, that was terrible and definitely aged her a few years.
