I remember looking at pictures of her a little while ago and she looked so different to how she looked on Gossip Girl, and I think I just figured it out - it's the fake eyelashes. She wasn't wearing them in the pics that I saw and it really changes the look of her face. Yes, I'm very perceptive.

You're right B! Those fake eyelashes really make the difference. But i think she looks great with them, unlike some other celebrities who overdo it with make-up..
