OMG, so she is dating "Carter". I wouldn't mind a Carter/Blair romance in Gossip Girl. I mean make no mistake, I'm a Chuck/Blair fan all around, but Carter is pretty gorgeous too. I'm not really keen on the YSL dress, the makeup nor the hair. But otherwise, she's usually very beautiful.
