i would normally hate highlights like that but i can't hold it against her because she looks so pretty nonetheless! the floral dress is so sweet and lovely and she just looked stunning at Regis and Kelly!

OMG. the Chuck and Blair scenes in the premiere *owned* everything. i'm so impressed, really amazing and powerful acting...can't wait to see her in the rest of the season!!

Even though she looked gorgeous on Regis & Kelly, her hair was sort of tacky.. but I loved her hair on the premiere last night.. in my opinion, it looks best dark brown and long..
