Definitely shocked Leighton went with such a risk but I absolutely LOVE it, I loved this outfit on the runway love the print and the embellished leggings are so cool, I know this is going to end up on every worst dressed list there is but I think its fantastic, the Met Gala is all about taking risks and stepping out of the box

I could have done without the leggings, as well. Everything together just looks too busy or too...strong (I'm not sure if that's the word I'm looking for). Definitely not my favorite look.

I have to concur about losing the leggings... Does anyone else think the dress would look amazing worn backwards? That exposed zipper nestled in black fabric just seems like a nice way to break up such an intense print.

This is a first for me. I'm not a Gossip Girls fan, I think Leighton is average looking and her style is very blah. But having seen her outfit at the Met Ball I have to say she was one of my faves!

It was quirky, colourful and my God it worked!

She stood out in a wave of bright coloured, satin dresses with slits at the front and a presposterous amount of ponytail pieces.

She knew how to wear the outfit- her poses compliment it. If she carries on in this vein I may be checking this thread out more often...
