Leighton Meester dresses up in a pretty Thakoon dress as she heads to MTV Studios to tape her appearance on Its On with Alex Chung in New York Citys Times Square on Thursday afternoon (June 25).

The 23-year-old Gossip Girl sweetheart finished off her look with Louboutin lace-ups and Tods D-bag. Hot!

On the show, Leighton and pop punk band Cobra Starship previewed their new music video, Good Girls Gone Bad.
