I totally get what you mean. The outfit at Phillip Lim is lovely but I feel like she looks a bit washed out. Pale is fine, but washed out is less good. The colour combo at Schouler is definitely better though, I'm not feeling the lip colour. Here it seems too strong. I like the Schouler outfit but can't get over the shorts. Leighton at least picked them in a better colour - otherwise .
