According to musicjapanplus Manson will be the special model for a new Japanese brand: "Yoshikimono" (created by singer & stylist Yoshiki).
The fashion show will be next March 6, 2011 in Tokyo during "Asian Girl Explosion”, one of the biggest Japanese fashion exhibition.

Yes he is, but I'm not sure when it's being released. I know that it is this year, as he is also meant to be touring too.
