I really hope she doesn't win the Oscar. Then again, it'll probably be good if she does so she'll stop picking such dreadful movies just because she wants that third Oscar!

^wow totally harsh and inaccurate, Meryl does not do Oscar bait movies. Mamma Mia, The Devil Loves Prada. I think it was an honor and priviledge to make a movie about the longest sitting Prime Minister Of the UK who also happened to be a woman.

And please note Meryl does the least amount of Oscar campaigning out of all the actresses.

I think she has been doing a lot of campaigning this season. She also has Harvey Weinstein. As for Thatcher, she wasn't exactly a great woman. Just as well the quality of the film matched her policies and ideologies, but that's getting far too off topic!

^Lolasvelt (I'll keep this brief as I don't want to get reprimanded) please compare Michele Williams and Meryl Streep (both HArvey's girls this award season) and then tell me if Meryl is campaigning hard.

Her dress at the Globes is just really awful, hope she looks better at the SAGs this weekend.

I think she looks great. I love that she is letting herself age instead of getting work done. Well, she may have work I have no idea, but if she does it's very subtle. I tend to think it's her bone structure/genes keeping her looking good.

I also love that she dresses for her age. Women past a certain age who dress like their youthful counterparts make me cringe!
