essentially a thick scarf or muff around the neck that almost looks like it's holding your head up...

the furry versions definitely seem to be the most extravagant and eye catching...
i think those might be what i'm most drawn to as well..

but the most practical application will probably just be to tuck in the ends of scarves you already own
