Nick and Jessica to Divorce

how many times do they have to issue a statement saying they are together before tabloids stop with the wild speculation? I'm sure they have heated arguments just like every other married couple, but I don't believe for one second that they have split. Part of the problem is that she's profoundly irritating - always coming out with the "we're so in love"... it begs for us to prove it all a farce, but its getting boring though and if and when it does happen - nobody will believe it and there will be no great shock.

As for them having split 2 months ago.. Only last month they did an OK interview where they repeatedly proclaimed their love for eachother and denied reports of splitting.

nick's career would most likely be gone..if he even had a career besides being "jessica simpson's husband". I liked them together though...they balance each other out.

I still cant believe that people think that she looks ugly/like a man though..n that nick looks better than her :/ to each their own i guess

I don't believe anything tabloids say about celebrity couples break-ups before that couple makes their own statement and actually move out from each other. However, I must say that I think it is often true that there's no smoke without the fire and while tabloids do make things up sometimes they are not too bad at sensing what's taking place in reality.

To be honest with you, I never really thought this particular couple would last for too long. I don't know why. Maybe because they always seemed to try to attract attention by the means of their marriage, at least as far as Jessica is concerned. I never liked her.

However, I don't think it's fair to her to get convinced by the tabloids that she's the one being the cause of the split-up, that she's the only cause. Not even that this is her father. I don't think it's proper to act like taking sides when none of us really knows what the things really were behind the closed doors.

And, by the way, that part with them having had to separate officially 6 months ago is not true, I think. I remember her interview I read later than that where she claimed her marriage was "all fine''. Why would she say that if she knew she was to announce divorcing shortly after ?

PS. I really don't mean to nag about anything, just to state my own point of view

usually, as soon as u read something in the tabloids it means that the star s gonna come out with the news within the next 6 months. so far everything they ve been printing out has been true. but i truly hope it s not the case with Jess & Nick

October 19, 2005 -- NICK Lachey and Jessica Simpson may have just had a "romantic" Italian vacation on OK! magazine owner Richard Desmond's dime, but they continue to lead separate lives. Upon their return last Friday, Lachey ditched Simpson to party in Las Vegas, and "Jackass" star Bam Margera — who had a fling with Simpson earlier this year — confirmed to Us Weekly that she had left Lachey. More evidence the two have split? Simpson, who now lives with her assistant Cacee Cobb, is spending her third wedding anniversary alone, in Africa. Sources tell PAGE SIX that Simpson, her dad, Joe, and Cobb will travel to Nairobi for Operation Smile — her pet charity that fixes cleft lips — for 10 days. The trio will have a safari elsewhere in Kenya — all without Lachey. A rep for Simpson says: "Operation Smile is an organization that is very special to Jessica, and she is looking forward to participating in more missions. Nick will be unable to join Jessica on the next trip because of work commitments in Los Angeles."

There have been rumors she cheated on nick with johhny knoxville, but personally I dont think t's true, he was just an easy target since they were doing the movie together.

thanks, .. just did some searching and I think its a lie anyway. She waited till she got married before she slept with Nick, I doubt she'd go and sleep with 2 guys as is claimed at the drop of a hat whilst she's married.
