Paul & Joe for Target

Well, it sounds like the owl bag is coming out now, so we can look for it online maybe this Sunday along with the leather jacket (?). I just went to 2 Targets, but no owl bag. I'll check again Friday maybe. I will like it to be huge so I can use it as a diaper bag, LOL! The store still had the leather jacket in all sizes, probably bc of the price tag. I think they call it a baseball jacket bc of the elastic cuff on the sleeves and bottom. That's my guess! I still wasn't able to take a pic bc DH took the memory card out of the camera and used it with his video camera. I need to get it back for next trip.

have you guys SEEN how much the owl bags are going for on ebay?? over $100!
wow. Its not really my style, but for those of you who are tempted, if you see one, grab it, as there's obviously a high demand & you can always return it...
really excited for the black leather jacket now - can't wait to see pics

yes, i've noticed how greedy some sellers are being, asking $150 or $200 as a buy it now! that makes me sick. At least list them for what you originally pay, and if people want to bid more, then fine. For a bag that sells for $34.95, and hasn't been widely released yet, it's such a waste of money to pay that much so early. If I see them, I'll buy them at my stores and offer them up for what I paid plus shipping/listing costs.
It seems like after 3 days, my hives are finally going for good. So maybe I can go to Target again tomorrow instead of waiting til Friday so I can get that pic of the leather jacket for ya!

yah, i never up the price like that. i think it's funner watching people in their mad bidding frenzies....as long as i make back what i pay for things, im happy. anyways, i did really want one of the owl bags for myself since i saw them in the preview.....i'll be happy with just that, if i can only get one. i called three targets near where i live and no sign of the owl bag...but i have a feeling it may start turning up in a few days, just because the people listing them on ebay are generally from the west coast, (arizona california, etc) and im sure they didn't all drive to the pop-up store.

i didn't know you weren't feelin' well USMW~ glad you're feeling better. i'd love to see a pic of the jacket as well. when i went to my target i saw a black leather like jacket in the paul and joe stuff. i totally thought it was the jacket until i reached out and touched it. i was like ICK! it felt like a plastic table cloth....and so i pulled it out and sure enough, it was mossimo plastic pleather grossness, someone had put in with the paul and joe. i sighed a sigh of relief....but am waiting to see that jacket IRL. i ove the white one, but i know the color is more than impractical for me.

Drat, my hives are back in full force, but...
I got the camera battery fully charged, and DH left me the SD card on top of the laptop this morning, so I can finally go take that pic!! I think I will head out now even though I look monstrous, just so I can get out early when there may not be much traffic and SAHM shoppers. LOL!
The black leather jacket is definitely nicer than that Mossimo one you described, jun! Haha! Hopefully will be posting the pic within a couple hrs...I'll be back!

i think i saw this leather jacket of which you speak!

there is also some overpriced washed leather jacket there.

i also plan on picking up the thermal crew necks. i think they would be good for wearing underneath jackets.

oh my god, i typed in paul joe in the ebay earch and there were the owl bags going for $100+ a pop. geeeez, some ebayers REALLY annoy me.

i like the bag alot but i dont want to pay $100+ for one when they only retail for $40.

OK, I'm a total schmuck... what does the owl bag look like? Owl-like, I'd assume, but I've been wrong in the past.

I live in central Illinois. If they carry it in the first place, I can guarantee that it's not sold out. All of the guest designer stuff always ends up on clearance here because it doesn't sell particularly well. The only line that did semi-ok was the Luella one.

P Peach - you're no schmuck! Just do a search on eBay for paul & joe owl bag and you'll see many pics of it. Or you can look back through this thread to see it, although I think the eBay sellers' pics are probably better. HTH!

My hope is that Target will make new releases online this sunday, then we won't have to run around looking for them everywhere, we can just order online and be done with the craziness! Come on, Target, work with us here!
