Eh idk i just feel like it's the pose with the angle it's shot at. Looks to me like she's pushing her hips forward and sort of leaning back/hunching over . I just did it in the mirror and it looks pretty much the same.

ps. i guess it doesn't help either that those skirts are extremely bulky and thick, not to mention very bell-shaped.

L'oreal always seems to be at the top for major photoshop in their campaigns, it's certainly their "thing" which any brand does but, they abuse it BIG TIME and as you can see it's something they do worldwide.
