I've only noticed now that this is Mikael's first cover for them, and he managed to book three full editorials in this issue. Porter has been really fortunate to work with the best photographers.
This sounds like a solid issue, looking forward to the cover ed and 'Lady in waiting'.

Love the Helena interview. She's always been a favourite of mine. Her sensuality oozes through, even in writing.

Such a strong editorial-- in visuals and concept. It's so great to see thoughtful and gracefully executed work with such finesse and skills; the color palette, the compositions, the restraint in retouching. And how amazing to see a woman that's not retouched to the point of looking like wax.

Both of Daria's editorials are really strong and I love how opposite they are to each other. One is this is tomboy girl, working and is kinda badass and the other is so soft and feminine. This is why I love Daria, she is so versatile. Also love Lily's editorial, one of her best in a long time. Porter delivered yet another great issue.

As I stated previously, I dislike Daria but damn does she rock those editorials.

The darker one is to die for!

Porter is in Fabien's Interview level now with such a superior shoot.

If the issues continue to be as strong as this one and Yeomans continues to tap top level talent/use Alex White/Cortina to the max then Interview definitely has some competition.

I'm in love with both Daria's shoots, particularly 'Soft Focus' is truly exquisite. The collections edit is solid and the Havana story is truly beautiful...48 pages with some amazing journalistic/Lorca diCorcia type images of locals.

I enjoyed the recent issue with Bruce Weber's edit, but to be honest this Fall issue is on another level. The photography/styling is superb...the only downside I've found so far is Lagerfeld referring to Kendull as 'superwoman'.
