I found this article on people.com about one of the models on the show:

Project Runway model Jia Santos, who was hit by a bus and then dragged underneath it six weeks ago, has been released from a Manhattan hospital, the New York Daily News reports.

The accident occurred in mid-June as the Hungarian-born catwalker, 18, was riding her bike in New York City to a taping of the Bravo reality show.

"She was dragged underneath the bus," Javier Hernandez, her agent at Avenue Models, told the News on July 12. "She fractured her skull and her eye socket and was in critical condition for three days. Now she has been in intensive care for a month."

Hernandez told the News that Santos's first words upon regaining consciousness were, "Am I still on Project Runway?"

When the accident took place, Santos was modeling for one of the contest's final three designers. Her accident is explained on the finale episode, according to the paper.

Santos left the hospital Wednesday night sporting large sunglasses and escorted by her artist boyfriend, Biagio Black, and two other pals. "She's still pretty tired from everything," Black told the News. "She's very happy to be out."

"She seems to be healing well and we wish her the best of luck with her career," one of her physicians, Dr. Daniel Sulmasy, told the paper.

i totally dont understand why angela is still there...really wtf her style is just too much yes she might be a little creative and its good but it certainly dont look sexy n sophisticated for a woman it looks more for a clown from cique du solei.....anywayz i did like uli's cloth the dress was nice just didnt like the whole girafe print......keith i hated the design no creation watsoever just a plain pleated dress and a fake response wen asked if he did anything for the dog....the one eliminated had a plain dress regardless...it was too plain and i do agree with nina presentation counts....if it was well executed it woul've been safe but wearable but it would have had a cool look if it had a hoodie as well....im anxious to know whos getting out next week? who knows why that person will be out...i assume their takin drugs, or spillin the beans to friends or lied their way in the application to be part of project runway....wat do you guys think?

I finally got a chance to watch the entire episode last night. I agree that Michael is way under the radar.They do that on reality shows when the person is a finalist later. Liked his dress very much and IMO was very original. I thought Alison was disappointed and that she would win. She really had the entire ensemble well thought out. Uli's dress can be found at Bloomies. What I mean by that it that it is a nice dress and I liked it, but I saw the twin at Bloomies and the concept of mixing the fabrics has been done. Bradley gets the Yves St. Laurent award for mental instability in a designer. Poor guy! I hope he doesn't implode from this competiton. Who knows, maybe he's like this all the time and this is normal for him. Keith certainly was a mean sneaky SOB to play on that with him. Trying to be "concerned" but really digging it in. What a sh*t. Speaking of Keith, the more I look at him and his sweating, odd mannerisms and facial expressions I am convinced he is under the influence of some drug legal or illegal. The Promos made it very clear that the problem is an issue with the rules and the person in question broke the rules of Project Runway. He is the only person arrogant enough to do this. His attitude in this challenge def. supports this. Even Vincent made damn sure that his doggie had his/her ensemble and the fact that he took so much trouble with it kept him from being aufed or I should say arfed! They are def. taping the workroom. Ivanka said she would like to go and review the tapes to see if Keith made 4 outfits for the dog. Doing something in the workroom that is bad would be beyond stupid and only someone mentally deranged/high would try it. I would love to try and find the rules for the competiton and read them. Should be fun!

How would a sexual encounter be a scandal? I mean, they are all grown ups and if something like that happens, its their business. It doesnt have anything to do with fashion. They didnt make a selibacy agreement when they went on the show, now did they? LOL

Andrae (season 1) states in this interview that it's in their contract that they are forbidden to have sexual contact with anyone.

N e wayz, I think that Keith's copied sketches are just a smokescreen from the real scandal. If the sketches ARE the scandal, I'll be pretty disappointed. He's an ***, but he obviously can sew and only 3 pictures out of many isn't that big of a deal. Sexual contact, also, is no big deal. People cooped up and put under that much pressure have to relieve their stress somehow. Sabotage or after hours work sound much more interesting.

N e wayz, I think that Keith's copied sketches are just a smokescreen from the real scandal. If the sketches ARE the scandal, I'll be pretty disappointed. He's an ***, but he obviously can sew and only 3 pictures out of many isn't that big of a deal. Sexual contact, also, is no big deal. People cooped up and put under that much pressure have to relieve their stress somehow. Sabotage or after hours work sound much more interesting.

On the preview they show Kayne and Robert talking about something being against the rules. I wonder if that was them talking prior to the person being kicked off??? Like they saw some behavior and didnt approve and were dishing on it??

Or is that them talking after the incident was brought out, and the person kicked off???




I think it's going to be something not as scandalous as we are thinking too. Maybe it's after hours work?? Or someone getting someone else to do part of their work???? A "relationship" would be interesting..............but then wouldn't they have to kick off two people????

Hmmmm - so when the accident took place Jia was modeling for the contest's final three designers. Unless somone switched thier models around - we may be able to determine who one of the final three is. I think Jia is the model for Laura or maybe Vincent - OMG!!!! - Please don't let it be Vincent

thank you. i agree. this keith sketch "scandal" has been discussed so much that if it is the "big" scandal, it wouldn't be as interesting anymore. i say we wait for the episode because the theories are getting a little too repetitive. i don't think vincent will be in the top three scootinheels. jia's probably a model for some other, more formidable designer
