Yip that's him. There is this long thread about him on Rob's IMDB page about how he is a total loser. Apparently he was the one that filmed Rob singing at the Whiskey and put it on YouTube. Because of that video being on the tube Rob doesn't want to perform anymore.

The guy is friends with Prezhilton, was in Katy's Hot N Cold video as her "bridesmaid" and he went with her to the critics choice awards last week.

He's also quoted on picture sites as a "designer"

I can't believe Rob is "friends" with all these bullsh*t-hipsters-star f*ckers considering he calls himself a nerd and doesn't go out much. Where is TomStu when you need him.

now that i think of it rob was seen with this clique of people a few times prior to the release of twilight...i could really think that that markus always let the paps know where they would be, because at that time they weren't really following him around yet. and when he was out with katy perry it was the birthday of some actress (forgot her name) but she's also in the picture above that i posted. hopefully he won't hang out with them that much anymore when he goes back to LA, because seriously...who wants to be "friends" with the whole perezhilton bunch?! good he's here in london (as far as we know) and one more good thing is, it seems he keeps his old friends that he can trust. you should never give up those real friendships because those starf*ckers will only be around as long as you're "in", but real friends will be there forever, many people in the business forget about that it seems
