Tbh, maybe Cavalli has enough great archives to exist on it own.
Obviously, the most successful looks are pulled from the archives. You clearly see the D&G and Versace influences of Fausto when he is on his own…

They should have hire internally or maybe they can go back hire someone who was part of Cavalli studio.

The presentation makes it look like ASOS or H&M. Had to click on each item to see the detail and for a resort collection its actually beautiful, not groundbreaking but it will make heads turn on vacation.

Some of the looks are great but Fausto does not understand the Cavalli DNA from what I see. Like here the dress is sexy but the belt is sooo not Cavalli, not the usual gold snake belts Cavalli would have used. Also the shoes are not sexy, Cavalli is about sexy heels to me.
