It's trashy, it's so good. There are a lot of looks that can be edited out but this time I can feel the sensual in it. The feathers pieces are very heavy-handed. I quite love the leather pieces too. Very Cavalli.
I think this collection is extremely Cavalli. maybe just one of his periods but still the house codes are here and they’re perfectly utilised.
would’ve edited a couple of looks but the result is still very well done.
Some pieces reminds me a lot of the old Cavalli like the feather dresses and ombre dress that was worn by Victoria Beckham. He must be looking at the archives for inspiration.
The 5th look is so sad to look at, but the rest is extremely on brand, loud, unapologetic and fun. I'm actually surprised how Puglisi managed to find his own ground at Cavalli, because those first collections were absolutely disastrous. Now it's clear that he understands the brand perfectly. Even if it's not my personal taste, I'm gonna give him the credit for what it's due.
I do love me some Roberto Cavalli, and this feels so quintessential to the brand that I cannot help but to instantly give this 10/10! The vibrant pink at the start of the collection is gorgeous, and I love the flow of the colour palette, and how we finish we black.
I don't really understand the navy blazer with the bathing suit. There isn't a single other look that has this colour and it looks strange, who wears a blazer to the beach?
