Still amped that it's so close, but the first and last clip make me just a bit skeptical. Hayden's overacting a little in the first, and in the last clip ghostface's threat is over embellished.

Im gonna see Scream 4 just for the fact that I grew up with these films. How sad is it that Scream 1-3 were "childhood" movies?

^ Not really sad. The Scream movies are pretty decent if you compare them to the unoriginal horror crap Hollywood churns out these days.

Just got back, and while I enjoyed it, I thought it was absolutely ridiculous at times. Almost verging on Scary Movie ridiculous.

^ Lol yeah I got those bits too, though they were very obviously deliberate. I actually loved the humour because it was so appropriate for a horror movie. Not too overdone and just enough for relief.

Argh, I still haven't seen it yet and I think I read a spoiler online.. (don't you hate it when that happens?) I'm going to see it tomorrow night..I'm hoping that it will be pretty good because I'm getting mixed reviews. Was the acting good, at least? Who would you guys say were the best in the movie?
