Im sooo super pumped for this movie I cant even explain it! I got tickets to the Mercedes screening on Thursday night at 7 in Philla, not sure what im gonna wear to it yet, but I think just jeans since it isnt the main premiere!!

Sex and the City - The Movie Discussion *Spoilers*

I've just gotten back from the cinema and I have to say, in true SATC stylee....it's fabulous!!!

If anyone was worried they would be disappointed, there no need to be, it's everything you want and more.

And now I just have to blurt out all the stuff from the movie going round in my head, so I'll type in white.....
-At first it was kind of hard to get my head around it all being movie-fied, as I put it, the background movie music and the jazzed up titles. But before long I was sucked in and forgot all about it. -It was laugh-out-loud hilarious, I was in an almost full cinema and it was a riot.
-I cried twice, when Big stood her up and Charlotte had her baby.
-I'm so glad noone died, and the rumours weren't true.
-I know the four girls are the main characters, but it would have been good to see more from the main male characters, I felt they were a little pushed aside.
-The fashion, didn't at all disappoint, but I remember the candids of Carrie on a payphone, wearing knee socks and that Prada clutch, but I didn't see it anywhere in the movie. So that's probably to look forward to in the deleted scenes! -Oh how I want the DVD now!
-Talking of candids, I recognised certain moments and knew what direction the story was going in because of that. I almost wish I hadn't looked at the candids now!
-The moment where Carrie got her dream closet, was a little too cheesy for me, I actually said under my breath 'As if'. But then I am a little pessimistic!
-Steve, cheating...It was heartbreaking, but realistic, oh and when they reunited on the bridge, I got a little choked up there too!

I'm sure there is so much more I want to comment on but certain bits have now slipped my mind!-Blasphemy!! I can't wait to hear what everyone else thinks!

i loved it SO MUCH
i was so teary eyed at many points (you know which ones if uve seen it)
it was so amazing to see a new sex and the city after so many years of watching the same episodes,it just felt like i watched another series... oh it was sooo satisfying and so beyond my expectations and so beautiful. and the clothes are INCREDIBLE and the acting is incredible. aaaaaaaaaah

I totally get what you mean, it was refreshing to see something new, after seeing the episodes so many times. It was like watching a whole new series in one go!

I loved the SATC film, it was definetly worth watching! I was so suprised though (sounds a bit sad...hehe), to see the restaurant 'Budakkan' in the film because I went there for dinner whilst on holiday in NYC last March. Great place to eat and not expensive either!

The clothes were great and the film was not at all disappointing, I am really happy that it was worth waiting for.
