when every single piece you wear is a PIECE...down to your hosiery...
and there is little subtlety or refinement in the overall look...
any outfit that screams 'look at me'...

This is exactly how I feel about Taylor's style now. I haven't been liking her outfits lately. And I used to adooore it. I think Anna fits this discription too though I do like love style. But sometimes it's just too much.

I believe the dress is Marc by Marc Jacobs from a few seasons ago, Spring. And the vest is Burberry.

I think this is the dress Taylor wears, Marc by Marc Spring 2005; although the one difference is that I think this one, the runway version, doesn't have as lopsided of a hem and ruffles, so I may not be correct.
