keep up the good work pamela. i'm just iike the same situation as you are...starting out. if u need a 2nd hand, do let me know. i'm used to loading RZ film for photographers.

How is Parsons treating you? SVA here (3rd year). Thank you and good luck! :flower:

hey pamela

parsons is good..i'm not in the photo program so i dont get priority for classes..always on the waitlist..and also limited resources as i'm not a photo major...but most of what i learn is assisting on set so that's a good experience. it's important to assist someone whose work u really like...

i took some photo classes and studio I & II at SVA last summer..i had ken shung and joe pluchino..

Look who it is.. B)

There's a photographer lookbook thread.. post some work in there. :D

welcome andres:flower:
i like your work a lot, there are awesome pictures in your portfolio:woot:!
//i just have little concern about the site - the pictures stretch beyond their resolution[780x520] when you look at them in bigger browser window, what causes them look 'edgy', fixed size [instead fit in window] of your flash site would make them look perfect in all resolutions. congrats for the great work!

arthur77 and krizzlec, thank you both so much for your kind comments! i know i haven't posted many pictures here lately, i'm working on some new projects and i hope to have them done in the next few months, so rest assured that i will post them as i get them in. i don't work digitally, so i have to wait on processing and printing the film, then scanning, etc...so it's time-consuming, but it's the way i love to work. you'll get to live the anticipation with me!

andreas, i like the sort of shot-from-the-hip aspect to some of your images. great job!

Some good photography going on...

I was expecting some average shots to be posted in this forum but a lot of them are outstanding!! I'll be posting some shots up here... stuff that wouldn't go on my site... I might be looking for some photographers in the future to cover different cities... let me know if anyone is interested.
