The Last TV Show You Saw?

I’m settling in to watch a 48 part educational series about the Maya and Aztecs. The Ancient Egyptian series comforted me last year, but time to learn new things.

episode 1 of Brewing Love, will watch Episode 2 this weekend

Mr Plankton (I swear Stranger Things and kdramas are the only reason why I even have a Netflix subscription) I actually like this a lot but only on episode 6, Netflix original kdramas somehow seem to escape the flat uniform visual look all their other 'original content' does.

Anyone else watching La Maison on Apple TV+?
I just binged it over the weekend (one more episode left to air this season). It sucked me in, even though it's all rather silly, and I wish the sets were better. It feels like it's trying to be a fashion version of Succession...but is really more Emily in Paris.

I've decided to cancel my (brief) subscription to Paramount+ because the offerings are mostly garbage. My subscription ends at the end of November, so I've been watching the odd thing on my watch list. Last night I started watching The Curse with Emma Stone, I'm on episode 3 so far and I'm actually enjoying it. A year too late, but whatever.

Finished season 2 of The Diplomat on Netflix. Not exactly high art, but I rarely feel engaged enough in a show to sit still or not be on my phone during it, so I love that this show always holds my attention. And the season is only 6 episodes of something, so you don’t feel like it’s a commitment.

just started When the Phone Rings, I know it's going to let me down later in its run but episode 1 did manage to surprise me!

The "Friends" Thanksgiving episode with Brad Pitt. Still a good laugh after all these years.

When the Phone Rings, I'm on episode 3 and it really does show its webtoon origins. I wish it gave the female lead something more to do it's a waste of a good actress.

Didn't know Arcane was so good, but here we are. Obsessed. They had no good reason to make all these animated characters so hot tho it's unhinged

Finding Your Roots
Vera
Lioness
Based on a True Story
A Man on the Inside
The First 48

I keep meaning to watch. I've never played league of legends but all I hear is good things

Totally late with this, but just started watching Hacks. Great show with a spectacular cast!

I thought it was just a knock off of Abbott Elementary but it has its own charm. Very millennial, though

"The Traitors" on Peacock, season 3. I'm not too crazy about this show, but it has Dorinda from Real Housewives, Bob The Drag Queen, and Bob Harper, so I definitely have to tune in.

As soon as the first murder happened, I knew I wouldn't be watching any further. >:(

I was shocked by that, too. I was hoping to see more of her. >:(, indeed.

I just can't believe the producers didn't intervene let's maybe not kill off the most entertaining cast member we have right out of the gate, and also from a gameplay perspective it doesn't make sense to kill someone that other players suspect is a traitor.... it just made zero sense from any angle. I almost wonder if Dorinda had some kind of a contractual thing where she just wanted to come in for a few days? Or maybe there's a twist and people can be brought back later in the season? I have no idea how it works, really. Had never seen the show and only started this season because of Dorinda
