the shows been amazing so far anyway we have just had Rachel and Joe perform

Rachel - is not likable and sang too much like Beyonce instead of singing it her own way

Joe - is lovable and even got Simon Cowell singing along all 3 judges were impressed

Anyone who goes on first seems to have a hard time - even if they're decent, they get forgotten about by the time we've seen everyone else's performances. And the way the show introduced Lucy this week... it wasn't confidence-inspiring, the way they were talking about her.

Olly was great, the song really suited his charm.

I love Danyl. Although I love Jamie Archer's afro more, it looks irrepressible and ever-so-slightly dirty.

Danyl - he sang a track from Whitney Houstons new album and Simon needed special permission from her anyway he amazed the judges and was one of the best tonight so far

I get the feeling the competition is funnelling everything positive towards the solo boys/men because they want one of them to win this year, to give them something different to market (in other words, not another girl).

From the start, the groups they chose were never going to win, even if they showed promise or contained outstanding individuals. I am impressed by how Miss Frank manage to come together in their performances as a group, given that they didn't know each other a few weeks ago, but while it's a great achievement, it's hardly a formula for winning the damn thing.

The girls are good, some are very good, but apart from ever-lovable Stacey, do any of them have the sheer charisma or tenderness that makes them a winning performer in the eyes of people who vote?

I watch the show thinking; which boy/man will win out in the end? It's like the rest are there to fill time and space over the weeks towards the final.

First time posting to this thread. Not liking Danyl much i think it is a bit unfair that no one has heard anyone else sing the song he sang. All the other acts are being compared to the original artists but you can not do this with him. Didn't like it much either.

John and Edward just performed Britney - OMG cringe worthy is all i can say.

Lucy is my favourite girl i hope going first doesn't put her in the bottom two. I think she could be really good. Olly, Jamie and Joe are tied for favourite boy.

I love Saturday nights at the minute!

Lloyd - sang Leona Lewis bledding love and Simon said it was rubbish and blamed Cheryl who broke down in tears then Lloyd went to hug Cheryl (hes such a gentleman) and Simon Cowell got booed heavily then he hugged Cheryl and got cheers

John and Edward - sang Britney Spears Oops I Did It Again and that performance was TERRIBLE they did Britneys choregraphy exactly like it was in her music video, they sang terrible and they wore these wierd leather red trench coat and after all the drama he had with Lloyd Simon Cowell said it was "the worst live performance he ever watch" they were so bad

I know where you're coming from, i was looking through my fingers but laughing so much. In a way i hope they stay in to see what they do next, but i wouldn't want a really good singer to go instead though.

I think Cheryl's having a rough week. She just didn't know what songs to give them in a Diva week and it's really showing.

Out of the boys, Olie's the best in my opinion. He's a whole little package that's quite cool.

Jamie made a real effort this week, well done him. I had fears he was going to be left behind because he wasn't appearing to progress with his performances.

The show was terrible all around and Simon's biasness is getting to me: Danyl and Jamie are extremely overrated.

i am loving the twins. their performance made me laugh harder than I have in a long time.

Staci Solomon to win! I can't get enough of her, I really like her personality. She sounds totally different when she sings.
If the twins don't go, then this is all a fix. For christ sake it's the X Factor, not something like Britain's Got Talent.
What was with Simon been on Cheryl's back with most of his comments!

I figured it was this week's "storyline" that Simon would have a go at Cheryl.

I'm wondering if Stacy's manner might start to get on people's nerves before long. If she managed to control her scattiness just a little, it wouldn't detract from her personality. What a voice!
