I walked past the shop last time when I was in Tokyo. It was so different from the other shops like Prada, Cartier, Cdg in that area. It's beautiful also in night time when all the lights are on.

we can take a general view around Shibuya - Harajuku and get an idea of general directions studded with stores, if you are interested.
it would be better than exploring at random.
there is a window saying "表示エリア変更", the second window from top right.
of it, choose "渋谷　（JR渋谷駅）", the third from the top.
then there appeares a map with famous stores data, printable and magnifiable.
dragging up from Shibuya Station leads to Harajuku.
we can see what it's like on the whole.

I'm sorry, I missed your post before I went, but I took your advice to simply go and explore, and I picked up some beautiful items in the venture.

Unfortunately, the experience was rather short and rushed. I started by walking down probably one of the biggest and probably most touristed streets in Harajuku, hit a couple of cheap and cheerful shops on the way, and gawked in admiration/aversion at the throngs of goth/hard rock kids traipsing past me in the opposite direction.

Turning a corner led me onto the biggest and most touristed street in Harajuku, where Gap, Hanjiro and Topshop situated. I spent an absolute eternity pirouetting back and forth in Hanjiro, swinging to the music, overwhelmed by the incredibly bright lighting, the floors after floors of beautiful vintage, and the alluringly small price tags Hands down, it had to be my favourite store out of the whole trip. But I'm sure it has been so over-popular and over-hyped in Tokyo (and Japan... after the trip, I went on their website and discovered that they had other branches) that you've become apathetic and indifferent towards it.

Anyway, to cut the story short... in the end, I couldn't explore Shibuya to my disappointment, and I probably missed all of the avant-garde boutique points to hit in the area... but despite it, the experience & my time in Japan were incredible, there is no word to describe it... it's completely in a league of its own. there is a company called FIVE FOXes.
it is a sly old fox that scoops up juicy elements of the fashion of the times efficiently. it is flexible and swift. if it considers dior homme to be still influential, dh should be its landmark, and you might see a more practical version of dh in one of its many lines. maybe the line is comme ca du mode. if you don't have any prejudice.
