Can I just say that last year when Bruce Willis and his then-girlfriend Brooke Burns dated, NOBODY cared about their age? He was 49 and she was 26. I don't think anybody cared. At least Tom isn't dating a Playboy/swimsuit model/whatever Brooke Burns is.

Except, Bruce wasn't flaunting her every chance he had. He also was going on talk shows and jumping on couches.

For me, it's not the age. The fact that he's "showing her off" just screams "publicity stunt". But I do love me some Tom Cruise.

Forgot to add to my post...
Besides this beeing all about publicity, it must also be based on the Scientology Church.

I mean, this Scientology must be really big and have an huge importance in his life, so maybe together with the publicity, it was the Scientology that gave him the push too, towards marriage.

Although personally both are not an excuse for him to be so ridiculous!

I read today that Tom cruise proposed to Katie last night before she
jumped on the plane on her way to Tokyo to promote " Batman Begins ".
According to Daily Star they are getting married sometime in June.

Appearently one of his " friends " revealed he's planning to surprise Katie on their
wedding day by flying over to the wedding in a jetplan with a flag attached
saying " I love you Katie ".
