whats wrong with people wearing what they like? i love my cowboy boots, i own and ride horses, and i'll wear them if i want. same with uggs, if its raining or snowing out, i want my feet to be warm. who gives a f%$# if they are trendy.

i think some of you have too much time on your hands. wear what you want, just don't try too hard.

I have to say that most of these faux-pas only occur on people with NO taste. If you have good taste and style, you can pull off almost anything. That being said here are the banes of my fashion existence:

-cowboy hats
-cheap black platform boots from places like Aldo
-Outdoor sport/waterproof jackets worn over everything
-birkenstocks
-leather mini backpack used as a purse

STOPP HATINGG!!!...u guys love at least half of these trends and u no it ...ur all expressing ur uniform thoughts in vain, im not ganna assume ur all the same and im sure or i hope there must be an individual or 2 somewhere on this thread........get over yourselves one trend that needs to be over by now is the "im a rebel i dont like pretty girls in pretty clothes im different" No, ur not all that different if look how many ppl r on the same page as u, ur all trying to be different to stand out but its obviously not working. so kids swallow ur pride and cut all ur old t shirts for that off the shoulder look and save up some green and get urselves some vintage finds and enjoy

I don't know why but guys wearing pink annoys me too.. I mean there's a right way to do it.. but it seems all the "hard" "manly" ones are trying to wear it just because its the new black and they want to prove how masculine they are by proving they can wear pink...

alisa, i don't think that's a fair assumption to make that we're just opposed these trends for the sake of the opposing something... i'm sure i speak for almost all the ppl on this thread when i say the problem IS that i do like gorgeous men in great clothing and pretty girls in nice clothing... and these trends are what's ruining that!

*juicy couture (especially tracksuits)
*von dutch(especially the tracker hats)
*jeans trucked into boots ( it only looks good on tall skinny women !)
*Espadrilles
*ponchos
*plastic jewellery
*jelly bags
*fake LV bags
*logo bags
*girls who wearing all the time TOO SMALL sizes (looking really bad)
*people who can't pull off the boho thing
*wannabe vintage shirts wearing girls
*leopard prints
*fake fur/real fur
*high-waisted jeans but also fat people who wearing low low low waisted jeans, so that you can see EVERYTHING
*wearing jeans and seeing the whole time your thongs, that's just disguisting
*wearing cowboy boots in summertime ( come one it's too warm for that)
*mixing every colour (yellow+pink+green as example)
*popping the collar of your polo, that's just ridiculous
*bright pink for guyz ( looking so awful)

Fruchtzwerg, you summed it all up! The only thing I disagree with is the espadrilles, I think they're great! I still wear my UGGs though, only because my mom would be really angry if I suddenly hated them, seeing how she "spent so much money" on them.
