I dont know how anyone could NOT like the ladylike look. Its not even a matter of liking it or not, its not a trend you can turn off. Classic things are just that... CLASSIC. Its just that in comparison to the sex sex sex clothes that have taken over since the early ninties it seems like a new thing.

Its the flashy trashy minature versions of clothing need to go!

chinese slippers
cowboy boots
"designer" jeans that are not done by designers (seven, pdc, you name it)
LV logo bags, or any other company logo bags that followed LV's suite (DB, Coach, Gucci, etc...)
trucker hats
uggs
graphic tshirts with ******** messages
wrap around sungaless with big "G","C", and "Dior"
too much skin (especially when you don't have the body!)

the list is just too big

and somebody, please blow up Canal street...

This, I agree with absolutely. I could not possibly agree more. Trendy, fairly-low quality high-street jeans with a £100+ price tag. I don't understand it at all.

I tell you, this is trend is huge in denmark too. Sadly I think it has become like ... a global trend.

trends that I am personally sick of...

- "it" bags (naturally...)
- jelly bags and shoes
- overdone glamour/sequins/overt use of metallics
- jersey dresses
- leopard prints

I have mixed feelings about the vintage and ladylike trends (not just because I have been dressing this way for ages). they are classics turned into "trends", and I think they will experience overkill very soon because it's being ridiculously overdone and overstyled in the magazines/runways...but nice clothes are nice clothes are nice clothes, regardless of whether they're in style or not. -_-

wtf, color?

Yeah, I kind of agree with color, some people don't know how to use it well.
