unfortunately within certain scenes they become a trend,
people do forget they're for life when they go and get anchors and stuff tattoo'd on them just because the 1950's is in vogue...
as a rule they are not a trend,
but 'rock-sTaRzzz' like to make them trendy...
thats another trend i've begun to hate, the wannabe rockstar...
yuk!
for once i'm actually liking most of the fashion trends on the streets..
i'm seeing lots of cool stuff...mocassins...fringe...plaid done well...skinny jeans and ankle boots...western style boots...little floral dresses with tights and leather jackets...

Logos have been the devil to me for quite sometime. Or just super trendy things. like von dutch or true religion. when that stuff goes out of style then you're stuck with a bunch of junk. i much rather play with color and key items versus labels. it saves money because i wear second hand, contemporary(can't afford designer), and your basic mall stores and noone can tell the difference.i'm starting to become sick of logos. I'm beginning to understand what people mean when say you're a walking advertisement. With items like LV bags and tory burch flats whats to their style besides the symbols? Nothing. Wearing something covered in logos is saying that you have the money to buy a name brand instead of saying you're clever enough to buy something thats luxiurous and chic.
Whats worst is that not too long ago I really loves the Chanel flats with the huge double C's on the toe. But now I'm so glad that I didn't buy them, I wouldn't dare wear them now.
I also wish odd pants would go away before normal people actually believe they're in style and wear them on the streets.
Same thing with leather pants.
hahaha.socks. so many designers are showcasing socks. seriously. to me, socks are like when a fart or something like that happened: it's there, but there's no explicit need to aknowledge it.
