They look too much alike (and she looks too mature) for them to be a couple, but the poses don't seem mother/son

I'm really pleased that Lily got the cover after all the eds she has done for Vogue UK.
Slighty OT but another Brit model who desperately deserves a cover is Karen Elson (I'm not including her shared Brit models cover).
