UK Vogue May 2014 : Kate Moss by Craig McDean

I like the cover BUT if Kate Moss was born in a different country she probably would never grace that Vogue UK cover.

Well obviously you can't write "The great BRITISH MODEL takeover" and put a non-british model on the cover:P

my favourite cover for vogue uk in a LONG time, this is beautiful

oh, i was beginning to worry where she was. it looks good. i hope she doesn't style anything inside.

Edie, Jourdan, Karlie, and Rosie on the supplement cover.

They posted it on instagram but it got taken down.

It's a cover they shot at the Vogue Festival - not a supplement or real cover. They went into a photobooth and had it taken. You could pay £10 to have one done yourself. :)

I LOVE the cover. The way she's posed and how the fringe has been captured is cool.

Edie looks here like some fan wanting to pose with models, she's not in the same league as the other three

Anything with Kate, I wouldn't complain. This one looks simply divine! Way better than her previous one. It reminded me actually of her Vogue Paris March 1994 cover by Roversi.

It's very rock n roll. Thanks for sharing!

Great cover! However - If she styled it herself, I'll love it even more, because it's the only 'takeover'-like idea I can think of that they'd hopefully have concocted for the issue considering there's a severe lack of the other British girls like Sam and Malaika.

Nothing against Kate, but why can't they give someone else the cover who has never had one before?? I.e Jourdan or Malika

Wether or not Kate has been on the cover many times before seems kind of irrelevant when making a statement about this one. Don't get me wrong, having a cover with Malaika for instance would have made my day, but that doesn't make this cover good or bad.
Personally I quite like it, I was a bit unsure about the pink background at first as well, but I think it actually works! And I agree 100% about the photoshopping, or lack thereof. It looks much more natural and for some reason I think it really ages the person when you over photoshop their face.

I saw the supplement cover on Instagram with Binx sitting down (a little like Agyness Deyn's June 08 cover) and thought she looked super fresh. It's a shame that, although I like the cover of Kate, UK Vogue are too afraid to put a new face at the forefront

i find this cover soo boring. they never really have good covers for supplements anyway though i guess
