US Vogue January 2008 : Kate Hudson by Patrick Demarchelier

I just saw the Natalia ed, and its so amazing, shes back and better than ever!! That shot of her in the Dolce purple gown is breathtaking!

Thanks Kanna, but can anyone post HQ scans of the two editorials? Advance thanks and karma will be on your way!

raquel & carolines ed is a little boreing but they both look amazing! i'll definetly be picking up a copy of this issue.

I really like the Natalia edit but when oh when is she going to grow her hair out? And does she have an exclusive deal with Vogue because she never does edits for anyone else, covers yes, but edits no.
That's an interesting question. My guess is, she only makes herself available for Vogue. Natalia doesn't have to work for a living and seems busy with her Naked Heart foundation.

Natalia's ed is boring as usual...Raquel and Caroline, as expected, look like a couple of mentally challenged secretaries with uncommonly tall legs. Love Chanel's editorial, although she looks pretty childish on the last pic, something that is almost never seen in American Vogue.

Best. Laugh. Ever. That started my morning with LULZ. But it is true and horrid. They gave up VS for that shoot?

Is that really the case? That means there were only one (or two?) month between the shoot of the ed and the publication, that is really short.

And indeed weird that they didn't feature Lanvin in the collections ed, that like for the first time since 2004.

Love all the eds! Can't wait to get this in 2 days.

That is the most beautiful cover I have seen by Vogue in a lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng time!

Everything about this is dull and repetitive - the models, the styling, the same old boring poses.

I cant belive they ignored Elbaz like this. :ninja:

And i belive Kate has a new movie coming out Fools Gold or something, but its not like you have to have something to promote to get the cover, these days.

It would be two, I think, but I am not sure. I just know both were missing and Trentini was a confirmed vogue shoot, so I just figured, but god knows it is vogue and for the next year there will be dual editorials of her and Raquel proving that yes, white men can't jump, but white Brazilian women certainly can.

^Krma for that comment, it's hilarious!

Thank you for karma :flower:

Some people asked for the best-dressed, so I took pics of those.

I really don't quite understand what Venus Williams has done to merit being on the best dressed list?
Boring editorials as usual, but thanks for the snaps! :D

I see there was a special photo shoot for the ten best dressed so maybe the rumour that Kate Bosworth shot something for US Vogue was for this article and not an actual cover story?

^seems like it. i'd prefered her on the cover though, would have been more interesting than kate hudson anytime!
