I don't hate Stammy, but I dunno if I want her to get the cover either...I think there are more talented models out there who deserve it. But we'll see!

I just came back from the Borders near my office. It's not out yet and the workers told me that they haven't gotten V51 yet.

There was a photo from awhile ago (TGA probably has more details) of the production of one of the issues and Stam had the cover, the cover was in the background, but then the issue came out an Courtney Love (I think?) had the cover instead

Haha. I believe Faith noticed it first. There was a picture of Stam on the cover of V on its webpage. I don't really know much about the steps a magazine takes before releasing its official publication. However, Stam was supposedly on the cover before they gave it to someone else. I think it might have been Courtney Love, I'm a little iffy on the details.

I really wouldn't be so enthusiastic for Stam's possible domination of V 51 this month if her last editorial wasn't back in Harper's Bazaar November 2007

While I understand it's worse for fans of other models who work considerably less....hahah I reserve complaint rights. Feel free to me

TGA, what if your favorite model had only 4 or 5 editorials last year would you hate any other model who gets more work than her? I think you might know who I'm talking about.

Haha. Indeed I do, which is why I shall keep my mucho complaints to my own but haha, I would spread the hate around if Stam only had 4/5 eds in the last year.

However bored I am with Stam these days, I'd much rather see her on the cover than some of the newer girls... She can deliver great shots when she decides to, and she's pretty iconic now so I think she deserves a V cover... If she does get the opportunity to be on the cover and it sucks, she'll have no excuse though
