Catherine's ed looks tarty as I expected it to be. The only shot she nailed is the B&W picture where she's wearing that grey Calvin Klein coat and that head piece. She somehow looks out of place in high fashion.
Disappointed by the lack of exciting new faces in this issue

Yeeey, finally a great new and fresh model on the cover, I can't wait to get it!



Well, they had a new young model on the cover for the july/august 2003 issue announcing her as the big new star in fashion: Daria

but daria was already a star by then

Oh V Love Daria. That's one of my favorite issues ever, and yes she was already a star, but no where near the icon that she is right now. None the less, this is a huge step for Catherine. She certainly came to win in this issue.

interesting enough, no one mentions the similar vibe that catherine mcneil and hilary rhoda present. as it was mentioned before, catherine resembles that 90's supermodel look, which hilary already has depicted. is catherine supposed to replace hilary? is mario trying to trick miesel?

waters are changing with all this hype about new models because quite frankly, aren't we all tired of the alien look? it was cool for a while, but it never related to the general public. hilary is getting bigger and bigger and maybe they are trying to push another girl into the same pond. who knows.

and!!! what's up with using teen vogue model eva helene??? v pleeeeease!
