Anyway you're right. We were too much excited after waiting for so long time, and the show was a bit disappointing. Well, the editing of it. The show wasn't that bad if we don't count some model's hyperactivity with arms (It always reminds me a bad musician who can get attention from the audience only like this..) and the music.
I hope the raised number of viewers won't make VS to move more in that direction with the show like this year... (It was just the Spice Girls effect, i think.)

This year's VS sucked I thought. It felt like the show was about models competing in popularity and trying to steal each other's thunder. The girls need to put their arms down and stop winking and blowing kisses with their hands. Most of them did that and it got annoying.

They did this so much that it wasn't sexy at all. I miss when the girls actually looked sexy and had attitudes about it. It was fierce back then. I viewed this year as a joke because the girls have no originality. They need to gain some originality and learn from Flavia and Natasha.

Natasha has always used a creative pose according to her outfit. It's too bad she had other duties to attend to.

I just hope next year girls put their arms down and start modeling. It is possible to hype the crowd without every single girl waving their arms up and down like freakin birds

I agree. It seemed that they were all trying to be better and more trashy than the last model. And what is with the arms?? I liked it better a few years ago when the runway was serious, it made it a lot more classy and sexy.

I'm pretty sure it was the producers /people behind the show who told them to do that. "Adriana is giving it some more" you can hear. I mean, some of them are over the top, but no one is usually reaching for space or swattting flies during other shows.
