There was an interview with Heather Marks a few months ago and she said the age limit to be in the show is 18. I'm not sure about the catalogue though.

I LOVEEE this show! the best there has ever been, the music, outfits, models and that runway! so much glitter, fun and it was a fantasy of angels! I miss this time!
