Vogue Germany October 2016 : Kendall Jenner by Luigi & Iango

Everything looks good but the hair, I hate the wet hair look on Kendall. It reminds me too much of her sisters. Apart from this, I kind of appreciate this. I usually prefer when Luigi & Iango make really dark photographs. The goth look suits her.

oh my.. that owl :crush:.. maybe I shouldn't celebrate since it's quite cruel to try to have them as pets, let alone train them for projects like this, but sighs, such gorgeous little creatures..

And Sarah!.. no one captures textures like she does, always a pleasure to see her work, but can I say, she's been turning off almost all of the lights in her latest stories! it feels like entering dreamland but at some point it morphs into anxiety.. I like her better when even in the darkness the contrast is deepened so the richness of these HC pieces is still emphasized, like the Margiela shot.. meanwhile the Dior gowns kind of got lost, and it was such a lovely collection, simple only at first glance.

so here is couture by Moon... Franca really made a mistake with this overused guy Demarchelier

Big yes, Sarah Moon's story is delightful, as always and I like Emma Summerton's a lot. "Never judge a book by its cover" rings so true with this issue!

It is!! Akin to falconry, imo, which is a century old sport and still legal in the UK. I'm against the idea of any bird of prey kept in captivity for superficial purposes. What's more, American Vogue pushed a vapid puff piece in the current issue, I think, glorifying the practice of falconry (or how it helped the writer get over the death of her father). Simply couldn't believe it!

Most certainly this is a must have issue! Sarah Moon's couture edit is quite dark, too dark, perhaps. But I'll take it because it reminds me of that stellar feature I've recently see in Town & Country (preposterous, I know!).

Patti Wilson is on a roll! I feel like she wows me over with each issue, probably the only reason why I'm still investing in this magazine. Love the how she's subtly pushing more female photographers.

I prefer this Kendall feature by Luigi & Iangi, than the one pushed in Vogue Japan. She's much better in portrait and cropped, than full body.

Thanks so much for posting, Aizanara!! :flower:
