Vogue Italia March 2010 : Freja Beha Erichsen by Steven Meisel

finally a great VI cover this year! i love how feminine freja looks. it would be so boring to see her looking like a boy again, especially in vogue italia... and it's "almost too feminine" indeed, almost transvestite-ish imo.

Flawless  Soft and sensual cover! Freja looks so feminine! Hope that the content`ll be great

Lovely cover, I'm glad Freja is styled as a woman for once. She's got a great face and it shows here. Not sure about the lip liner though...
Can't wait to see her editorial... Although it feels extremely weird to think it's Freja by Meisel after years of thinking it would never happen! I wonder what made him change his mind!

I'm so glad she finally got a cover but the lipstick just ruins it for me.

Beautiful cover and I'm so happy for Freja!

Wonderful, but... This lip contour is a disaster.

I'm actually liking the lip contour. The make-up enhances her features. So far, so good. :D

I like the cover, Freja looks gorgeous, but are those really the colours? It's so very muted and that's bothering me a bit. Maybe it'll look better in print.

first of all....yay that she got the march issue. Having one of my favorite models in the issue of the month of my birthday is such a good sight. She looks absolutely phenomenal

Firstly, thank god for real covers this time. Secondly, Freja on VI is woah. I'm getting it just cause it's Freja, on VI. Lastly, I hope this isn't really the actually cover. The colors are too muted and I hope it'll look better in print.

It's just not "my style" cover, but it's feminine & beautiful. And like others, I'm not excited it's Freja on the cover, I know everyone is excited that she is back in Vogue Italia but not me.

OMG
This cover is exactly the kind of perfection I expect from Vogue Italia. And with Freja as a covergirl, I guess it couldn't be better. I assume I love this cover, at least as much as Snejana's for August 2005.

Who saw this coming (well I did...but I'm talking on a longer term basis). I love that Meisel took her out of androgyny and played up an often neglected side of her. Of course it's a little bit glam glam bam for my taste, but just the fact that we get to see a simple, classic style on Vogue Italia again makes me happy

I want to love it not just like. Looks like they were trying to make her lips seem fuller by going beyond their natural shape and messed up in that one corner.

It's nice cover. The lips are indeed a bit too much.
