Vogue Mexico & Latin America April 2025 : Angelina Kendall & Ella McCutcheon by Inez van Lamsweerde & Vinoodh Matadin

madre mia. cruzes! horrible colors, light, pose, text, models, accessories, necklaces, make-up, hair, etc.

Oh Lord. Today two of my favorite models landed vogue covers. And both of them are awful lol
The Ella cover is okayish at best I guess.

I like Angelina's cover, maybe because she doesn't look like herself
Finally I can see the 1999 Gisele that industry people see in her, I’m not sure if it’s the beauty look or the whole mood but yeah.

^ It would've actually made more sense if they swapped the covers imo, this is very Alt's Vogue Paris.

I really think Ella McCutcheon has become the new Rianne for Inez & Vinoodh. Furthermore, they are also huge fans of Angelina Kendall as evidenced by the numerous covers and editorials of the duo in which she is featured.

It is great to see the work of Inez and Vinoodh for Vogue Mexico & Latin America again! The first cover featuring Kendall is my favorite because I prefer the styling and the tilted positioning of the model. However, both of the fashion editorials look very beautiful inside. Collado's styling is an interesting and rich mix.

Inez & Vinoodh need to go back to drawing inspiration from Guy Bourdin, this is abysmal

I like Angelina on the runway but in print, she literally has zero emotion. Ella actually succeeds a bit more in her editorial but it's still overall quite lacklustre.

I don't know if I should wait for these magazines when some issues never arrived here (Sofia Gascon and Angelina Jolie's never appeared in Buenos Aires, only Cameron Diaz which is a later one, and GQ vanished...). But I'm a sucker of A.K., and I like Ella here. I'm very into the 70s styling and colors, very suitable for fall in the south, and only wish there was more emotion in Ella's cover, the one for Latin America.

I cannot believe this sits inside Vogue Mexico. This is old VP. When I&V are giving their full creativity to second-tier publications... great photography. Hope they have a say layout-wise.

Terrible as usual but it's not surprise VM is hopeless these days...
