I'm not sure if we had a thread on this show yet so I thought i'd start one! (if there is, just delete this).....anyways, I LUV this show! But I just finished the dvd sets for season 1 & 2 and I'm waayyyy behind on season 3. Does anyone know where I could watch season 3 online?! thanks!

this show is really great! Kevin Nealon alone is worth tuning in for, but there are so many other fun aspects.

you should be able to download the torrents, or if you have OnDemand, they should be there!

thanks! i finally did that since i just figured out what torrents was! Up until the other day I couldn't figure out why I couldn't download, and it's b/c I didn't install BitTorrents! So i'm all caught up now.....and yeah Doug Wilson (Kevin Nealon) is hilarious! I really hope Nancy B. will finally give it to Celia one day! She throws all her stash in the pool and not even a slap in the face?!!! Yeah right buddy!! lol!

^ Yes, and it irks me at times... but I suppose it's a nice break from the cookie-cutter moms on a lot of shows. Perhaps not on Showtime or HBO, though.

Another thing that amazes me is how she can afford that home. I know she makes some mucho money, BUT... was that house paid off? What about utilities and such? And taxes? Maybe I'm too much of a relaist.

But I finished Season 2 yesterday and thought it was fantastic, two times better than season one. I wish that I could watch the new episodes, but I do not have Showtime. I suppose I will have to wait until Season 3 comes out on DVD.

And who doesn't think that Mary-Louise Parker looks terrific in the show? I just love her.

I am a girl crush on MLP for sure...
she has the biggest prettiest eyes!

Season 3 starts out pretty dark...
the first few episodes a little too dark maybe...
but at about the 3 episode it starts to go back to more of the Weeds norm.

yeah i think they should've had more flashbacks to when her husband was still alive. it seems like she moved on pretty fast though after he died though...i mean, sleeping with that scary spanish guy that was trying to scare her with the pennies?! lol! eeewww! and there was some others too but can't remember....although i do remember she hooked up with Sullivan lately, that's really eeeewwww! he's so creepy!

I would have done the same....
though maybe not in an alley.

One of my fav. episodes in when she watches the sex tape of her and her husband...
It was really touching and you know she didn't realize until then just how much she missed him.

The Nancy character was much more sympathetic in the first season...
then she started getting herself into all these messes and it's harder to feel sorry for her.
I think even MLP herself has said she has trouble playing Nancy b/c of it.

Does anyone have the story of why MLP and the creator didn't get along well?...
I have heard they didn't even speak until recently.

I think it was more just that they disagreed about the character....
and I think MLP thought her scenes were being edited to seem different that how she played them...

I have read her talking about the scene when she comes back from marrying Peter in Vegas....
She says she played Nancy drunk but they made her just seem bitchy with the family.
I think alot of it must stem from MLP doing so much live theater and having more control of her characters.

I am so sick of Nancy with that stoned look on her face just wandering into trouble and being surprised when all goes to hell.

Not enough Heylia, Conrad or Veneeta this season.

Well, this series can't last long. I think a lot of the good stories to tell have been exhausted. Season One almost lost me... Season Two made up for it... but now I hear many negative things about this season. I wouldn't be surprised if it was the show's last.

Season 3 is looking better...
they seem to be setting up a big huge Nancy/Celia showdown and I am always game for those two going head to head.

I nearly wet myself last ep. when they had Celia talking to Heylia! It was great- but too short, I hope there is more to come.

I agree, this season isn't nearly as good as the previous two. I think that they're starting too many things that they're not really finishing or fully exploring; all of the storylines seem to fizzle out pretty quickly (Andy and the Iraq aftermath, for example) and I'm having a harder and harder time sympathizing w/ Nancy. I mean, hello!! Move into a smaller house, get a real job, don't f*ck the boss.

What does everyone think of Tara? I wish we saw her a little more...love how she's dating different guys to satisfy different things .

That whole thing was such BS. Really big mistake, IMO.
He was a very funny character at the beginning but he is starting to get boring.
They need to find a good story for him.

I think she is okay but something tells me she will stir up some trouble.
I don't know if it was intentional or not but in the scene where Silas realizes she dates others and she leaves the house her face goes totally blank the moment she leaves the door.
This is either just bad acting by MK.....
or the character is just using Silas for a connect or something else and doesn't care for him the way she lets on.
