I would wear it with soft merino wool blend tights, boots, sweater and a leather jacket.

you can wear it with longsleeves (beige, black, red, etc- don't hesitate), well.. i guess that includes for summer too (shortsleeves and tanks).. With or without pantyhose. The pantyhose maybe should be black to be kind of neutral and not too much. You can wear it with black ankle boots, black flats.. You can wear almost anything ^^ hehe. Just try everything, don't hold back

big question. normally i really don't have problems combining the craziest items but today i got a new pair of trousers from my mom.. it looks like patent leather (fake) black/plastic-ish. It's a skinny-straigh one. It's so amazing and crazy and i have absolutly no idea how to combine?!?!

they actually looked good with red jeans too.
Maybe grey jackets or black. Neutral colours are the best.

soscalls the way the model has them is perfect, since the bottoms have some print going on, it'll go well with a simple tee or even long sleeve. anything that's one color. i would probably do a grey tee or orange just like your pic. for a laid back look, converse, flip flips or vans slip ons will look good.

soscalls, first of all, what a cute short! it's a really cute pattern, and the color's great for summertime

it may seem difficult to pair those kinds of patterns and look good, but i think it'd look great either with:

• short's own colors
  
  
  
• purple/blue/green
  
  
  
• red
  
  
  
• and even patterns

I just got a new pair of slim-fitting pants for work. I thought they would be sort of a neutral khaki color. The only problem is that when I put them on this morning, the color was much different than it was in the store. They are more of a beige/grey color than I thought they were originally.

I don't want to return them because a) the salesgirl never gave me a receipt (I was stupid for not checking on this, as she also forgot to give the girl in line ahead of me a receipt and had to chase her down to give it to her after she had already left) and b) the fit is wonderful- very flattering.

I am kind of at a loss as to what color tops and shoes I can wear with them. I had on a black top this morning, but I felt as though it looked all wrong, so I took off the pants and wore a different pair.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
