Buenos Aires Argentina / Asia of Cuba & Novecento:flower:

Nyc / Copenhagen

Couldnt be bothered by reading all of the posts, so some of these might have been mentioned, but nevertheless, here are my favourites:

In Copenhagen, Denmark:

ATLAS BAR,
Lars Bjoerns Straede, the area also known as Pisserenden or Latinerkvarteret. Great bar and restaurant in a basement, that has great food and takes care of both vegetarians/vegans/meatlovers. Simply great and affordable food with an interesting twist.

EXTRA,
one might be scared that this restaurant is on the main street of CPH, Stroeget, a street that is so tourist-y and awful, but it's actually quite good. A bit too expensive for what it is though...

WOK SHOP,
Affordable, great Asian cuisine, hip (look for models like Christel, Freja Beha, May Anderson, Louise Pederson, Ingrid). One of the places that all Copenhageners know and appreciate, but keep a secret.

MORGENSTEDET,
Christiania, one of the loveliest places in Christiania, Denmarks Free state formed by hippies in the seventies on an old military ground, offers lots of great places to eat, but this is supremely the best. All vegan and reeealy cheap. Love this place.

IN NEW YORK:

CRIF DOG,
Cute Mod girls and possibly NYC's best hotdogs, Also Malt Chocolate shakes to die for.

SPICE MARKET,
Way too expensive but good though. Good drinks. Almost impossible to get reservations, but worth the while.

GOODWORLD,
Another one of those places that locallers wanna keep a secret, but I believe everyone should know about this great Swedish place. Great traditional Swedish dishes with a modern twist. avoid friday and saturday though, as it turns into a mexi-hiphop hangout, for unknown reasons. Sunday Brunch is amazing!

I guess thats it

DI PILLA'S PASTA - family owned, i know the owner and her son went to my school - DELICIOUS, AUTHENTIC italian food [the owners are italian]
located in PASADENA, CALIFORNIA

IN N OUT - not really a restaurant, but it's a favorite here in southern cali

Not my city, but in Shreveport (LA) I recommend Macaroni Grill on Youree Drive.

Sésame in Florence, Italy:heart:

Itsu (jap. food) in Walton street, South.Ken- London:heart:

Also, for a big yummy BURGER Sanderson Hotel, Oxford Circus area- London

Durban, South Africa: Primi Piatti Urban Energy at Gateway Theatre of Shopping ....

They make massive alcoholic cocktails served in jam jars, the decor is really cool .... bottles cover the walls, guests entertain themselves by watching sports coverage on the huge screens, there is a firemans pole which people slide down and all the waiters are in construction suits which say "work is love made visible". It's a really vibey place where all the trendy people go and the food is fantastic, though expensive. ALso, the waiter gives you a run-through of all the specials which is really funny becasue they know it off by ehart and they do it in a really animated way so you and whoever you're dining with has to try not to laugh. Plus its half-indoor, half-outdoor, and right next to the valet parking.

in hollywood, the hungry cat; in the valley, asanebo; santa monica, the hump; in marina del rey, iriori. the first is seafood with the best drinks ever- they have real fruit and they have a juicer and you can watch them making it- they make a greyhound to howl over! the rest are 'regular' sushi places and they're all awesome! i love fish and seafood, these are imo the best places for them!

In my city I just love W.O.!! It´s my best friend´s restaurant!... Is so calm there and not so big... You can sit and pass hours drinking wine and enjoying the good vibration of the place... The decoor is so beautiful!! I love that restaurant!

Paper moon,

I have always wanted to try the Paper Moon in Milan...i've only been to the one in NY, it is quite nice but always empty for some reason! Haven't been there in a while so I can't comment on how it is today.
