Loved that Vogue Italia issue, was kind of sceptical at first look but once I opened it, was pure delight. Meisel/Franca at their finest (and fiercest) and those were the days you could get some international mags in my small-town world.

^yes, and it was a surprisingly very strong cover editorial too despite Eva Mendes not being positioned as a 'fashion girl' among actresses at the time.

Got these precious Vogue Italia issues in the mail today. Over the moon as I write this.

So, I am currently in the process of rebuilding my entire fashion magazine collection since majority of my collection for the past 18 years or so has been wiped out by termites. Such a painful experience. That is what prompted me to restart collecting fashion magazines again. And my current agenda is all Vogue Italia issues from the 2000s starting with these 8.

Got these precious Vogue Italia issues in the mail today. Over the moon as I write this.

So, I am currently in the process of rebuilding my entire fashion magazine collection since majority of my collection for the past 18 years or so has been wiped out by termites. @cottonmouth13 I am so sorry about the termites getting to your magazines! I know that pain myself, but it was only two issues that got eaten, losing the entire lot would probably make me cry. But those are some iconic issues to rebuild with, later 2000s Vogue Italia was unrivalled <3

omg so sorry to hear that, could you share how you used to store your magazines and how did you notice the termites?
and to anyone in general how are you storing your magazines and do you have any tips?
i just started my collection this month and thinking of just buying some plastic boxes or smt

I've been wanting these two magazines for years.....the Nicole Kidman one is the best cover under Anna Wintour, the one with Catherine Zeta Jones and Renée Zellweger is gorgeous, the condition is like new and I paid £25 for both!!!
