What Vitamins do you take ?

Garden of life's cod liver oil
Vitamin B complex
Q10
Magnesium

I try to avoid most synthetic supplements, I believe it's better to get your vitamins and minerals from sources that are as natural as possible.
 
i take a whole lot

vitamin b12
alpha lipoic acid
chromium pocolinate
Q10
vitamin c
garlinaise
flax seed oil
milk thistle once a week
acidophilus

and then i drink goji and noni juice!!!

im really into prevention. and feeling great!
 
I take....none....

too expensive, too unregulated. But might invest in some flax seed oil.

Womens One A Day. Although, I've heard such wonderful things about fish oil that I may pick some up sometime soon.
 
i take:


vitamine C

i put vitamine E on my face

aand i usually take a few other suppliments/vitamines i've got hanging out in the cabinet.

ohh i also put flax oil on my salads
 
I take herbs and spices, not vitamin supplements, and I eat biodynamic / organic foods and fresh fruits and vegies from the farmers markets.
 
well i take 1 fish body oils 1000 capsule in the morning with my breakfast and then when I go to bed I take 1 women's ultra mega ( both from GNC).

I was wondering, I've been taking the fish body oils capsule for a week now and I've been breaking out. Could that be a reason?
 
Does anyone take the hair, skin & nails type vitamins? I was just looking at the boots ones and was wondering if this kind of vitamin was any good?
 
I take calcium and a lot of carotin pills. The color of your skin will be a bit darker while taking them and I don't get a sunburn because of the inner skin protection.

I'm thinking about taking siliceous earth...any experiences with it?
 
I take a multi that has vitamin, mineral and quite probably everything in between every morning.
 
Just a quick question. For those who take vitamins, do you follow the RDA amount or just pop a capsule without any mind. I've been taking a multivitamin, as well as calcium and zinc capsules, but i recently found out that only 15 mg of Zinc is recommended, and i take a 50mg. :-| I dont know if thats safe or not.
