What Vitamins do you take ?

(don't hold me to this--i'm by no means a doctor) but i think i read once that anything over 100mg of zinc could be too much.. so 50mg SHOULD be fine.. just ask your doctor, becuase it could be different for you depending on your weight/age, you never know! :flower: (also, if you have been taking 50mg for a while and havent had problems, then my guess is that 50mg is fine for you.)

So, I've changed up a bit on my vitamins.
I've been taking a one a day woman's multi
and extra Calcium with vitamin D3. (to absorb calcium)

I've been taking the Evening Primrose too. Less menstrual cramps
and I haven't been so sensitive around that time of the month as l used
to. I've noticed my hair feels more healthy as well. Seems fuller, thicker.
I think some of it have grown back. I'm going to keep taking the Evening Primrose.

a daily multivitamin, 2 zincs for the healing process of my acne, fish oil, and 2 pills from my....ahem.....colon cleansin kit:blush:

A multi-vitamin and I want to get some flax seed supplements one of these days to start taking those again.

- GNC Women's Ultra Mega Multivitamins
- a separate vitamin for healthy hair & nails

I'm thinking about getting fish oil, flax seed and Vitamin E supplements as well.

Due to working out:
Sanatogen multi pack gold.
Cod liver oil capsules.
Once every two weeks, extra Zinc, vitamin "C".
The "the hair, skin & nails type vitamins" i take also, but strictly as a supplement to diet.

Slightly going off- thread, handy trick also,in morning, i slice two bananas, liquidize with half a pint of semi skimmed milk, half pint of fresh water, honey, vitamins etc
Yummy.

what do cinnamon tablets do?

Information for Organic Cinnamon:

The cinnamon trees belong to the family of laurel plants. The cinammon smells comes from the cinnamon oil. 75% of this oil consists of cinnamon aldehyde.

Cinnamon is one of the oldest spices in the world. It has been used in China for thousands of years. To make cinnamon, the thin inner layer of the bark of the cinnamon tree (cinnamomum zeylanicum) is used, since this contains the most cinnamon spice.

Recently cinnamon has been proven to be of extraordinary value. The Research Center for Agriculture and Nutrition in Beltsville (USA) has shown that even small amounts of cinnamon are extremely helpful in improving peoples’ blood sugar levels.

Since recent studies have also shown that non organic cinnamon is potentially harmful; it is especially important to emphasize here that the cinnamon used for this tablets is of purely organic origin.
