• I'll still wear tight pants but will buy more slouchy ones.
• a skirt for winter, maybe plaid
• ankle boots (I bought some cheap flat ones, cheap b/c they are just for this season and flat b/c I never wear heels, I'm 6 feet tall).
• a red or white belt.

love that victor + rolf trench!! except for the weird metallic cuffs. but otherwise, fab

The metallic cuffs are real silver, the idea is from an old Dutch tradition of dipping childern's shoes in silver to save a moment in time, I love that idea!

Cool that you wear heels! How tall are you exactly?
I see you live in The Netherlands. I lived in Maastricht 2 years, and it does feel very different, people there are a lot taller than in San Francisco. I just don't like to stand out in terms of height, which I would here with high heels and 184cm...
In Maastricht one in 20 women would be my height, but here I doubt it is even one in 100. And most men are small too. It just doesn't make me feel comfortable to "tower" above everybody else...

I'm 185cm, I understand, I sometimes don't feel comfortable around smaller men, sounds strange, but I kind of am embarrased, for them. I havn't found the perfect ankle boots yet, but I also like this shoes:

The shoe dipping thing....is very North American as well Getting your baby shoes bronzed at a place like Zellers or something. Too funny.

I saw that Marc Jacobs dress at Holly Golightly in Cph today.. it's so special..gorgeous! Lovely wool material...I just wonder if it might be too warm for winter (transition from outside to wearing inside)..then again you're winters are much rougher and colder than mine..

yes the MJ is SO nice but i'm just like ehhh i don't want to give over $1k+ to the machine that is Marc Jacobs.

New linen....mmm....I've been eyeing these by LA based designers Amenity Home. Beautiful. Just none of their colour schemes are right for my room.
