If I could I'd say my face (don't know if face is exactly a body part). I hate my nose, which is about the same size as the rest of my face, and my skin is full of pimples and its colour resembles gray, and my eyes are smaller than anyone's I've ever seen.

But since it's a body part, I'd have to say my butt.
