Well I suppose those are his few token colorful looks right there, and they're far from sophisticated. I don't understand why more critics don't complain about his complete unwillingness to explore color these last few years. He shows just as much, if not more black than Tom Ford did while he was there.

The wimple is ridiculous looking. It would be on most runways, but on one that's as dead-serious as Pilati's YSL it's just jarring, like those misguided strawberries last season.

I honestly think Pre fall collections are better with Celine , Stella and for sure YSL . While this collection is strong, and one with flattering pants but it lacks the romance and sexiness which was in the pre fall collection.

i agree; i feel like we were almost mislead. the pre-fall collection shouldnt serve something better than the actual collection. its like going to dinner & the appetizer being better than the main couse.

I think the floppy hats are really cute, very chic. Most pieces here, though hit and miss, are sort of cute too! Although they'll look horrible with the slightest experimentation on accessories etc.
